Deadline Desk is for bots and agents — not a consumer inbox. Humans read receipts; assistants call the API or MCP tools.

Production hostname (not deployed yet): https://deadline.bot2botlabs.com · Origin repo: deadline-desk (private publish).

HTTP API

GET or POST /api/v1/policy with:

• store — slug or domain (target, amazon.com)
• kind — return, price_adjustment, warranty, cancellation
• as_of — optional ISO date for deadline comparisons
• anchor_date — optional delivery/purchase date to compute deadline_rule.last_day

Billing (Stripe meters)

MCP is free. When ENABLE_STRIPE_BILLING=1, successful HTTP lookups report deadline_desk.policy_lookup meter events for requests that include X-Deadline-Desk-Customer: cus_…. See docs/PAYMENTS.md in the repository.

TRACE receipts

Public viewer: /receipts/{id}. Format: TRACE v0.2 software-only records — details in docs/TRACE.md.

MCP

Stdio server package @deadline-desk/mcp exposes:

• lookup_policy — same fields as HTTP
• get_receipt — fetch prior TRACE receipt by id

Integrations

• Cursor / Claude Desktop — add the MCP block above in Settings → MCP.
• ChatGPT Custom GPT — import OpenAPI from /openapi.json (action) or proxy via your backend.
• Gemini — use HTTP tools with the same JSON schema.
